The Whisky Ambassador program is the UK's first accredited whisky training course. Specifically designed for the hospitality industry, it gives staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to talk to customers about Scotland's national drink, helping to improve the guest experience and increase sales. Carl Dubé and Les frères Spirit invite you to live the experience (in English) in Scotland at Isle of Raasay Distillery.
THE EXPERIENCE
The training session will take place on Friday, April 16, 2027, at the distillery’s offices on the Isle of Raasay. Be sure not to miss the first ferry from Sconser on the Isle of Skye.
You’ll have the opportunity to stay that evening at their luxury 4-star accommodation , where a three-course dinner will be served.
On April 17, 2027, after breakfast, a guided tour of the distillery and a tasting (in English) await you.
Friday, April 16
- 9:00 a.m.: Participants arrive
- 9:30 a.m.: Whisky Ambassador training begins
- 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
- 1:00 p.m.: Whisky Ambassador training continues
- 4:00 p.m.: Exam
- 6:30 p.m.: Three-course dinner
Saturday, April 17
- Between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast
- 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Distillery tour and tasting
- 12:00 p.m.: Return ferry

1350$.

Inclusions/Exclusions
The registration fee includes :
- 1 day of training at the distillery’s offices on the Isle of Raasay
- 1 certificate for those who pass the exam.
- 1 night at Borodale House, the Isle of Raasay Distillery’s 4-star luxury hotel, on Thursday, April 16, 2027
- Three-course dinner at Borodale House on April 16, 2027
- Breakfast at Borodale House on April 17, 2027
- Distillery tour and tasting on April 17, 2027
The registration fee does not include :
- Airfare
- Seat selection
- Drinks with meals
- Travel insurance coverage
- Transportation from your arrival point in Scotland to the Isle of Raasay and back.
Accompanying person
If you wish to be accompanied by your spouse to Isle of Raasay distillery, an additional fee of $300 will be charged.
